Jewellery Care Guide
All of our jewellery is meticulously created from high-quality materials. It's important to remember that all metals are prone to natural wear and may eventually oxidize or fade. This care guide is intended to prolong the luster and shine of your jewellery.
To prevent your gold-plated jewellery from tarnishing, there are a few steps you can take to keep the luster of your pieces intact.
- It’s best to avoid contact with water and sweat when wearing gold-plated jewellery as this can cause them to tarnish or the gold-plated coating to thin. To keep wearing your gold-plated pieces for years to come, remove them when showering, swimming or exercising.
- Exposure to harsh chemicals and perfume affects the shine of your gold-plated pieces, so take care to remove your jewellery before contact with chemicals.
- We recommend storing your pieces in our velvet jewellery pouch or in a box away from any humidity, heat and out of direct sunlight. You may also maintain it looking good by polishing it lightly with a soft, dry cloth.
