We hope you love your Marea pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at mareajewellery.kw@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return Fees
- For local (Kuwait) returns: A 2 KD delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
- For international returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs or duties.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, email us immediately at mareajewellery.kw@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (due to hygienic reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items on sale
